At HKGBALLBOOT, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for the pitch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your football boots within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Boots

  Place the football boots back in their original branded box with all tags attached and wrap the box in a protective outer layer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send the package to our designated Hong Kong return center using a tracked courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the boots are in brand new condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange size within 3-5 business days.
